WorkSource Georgia
WorkSource Georgia is the state's federal-funded employment and training system, working to connect talent with opportunity. At the local level, Douglas County works with the Atlanta Regional Workforce Investment Board to utilize WIOA funds. WIOA funds are allotted to dislocated workers, low-income adults and youth and administered specifically through services geared toward helping disadvantaged citizens obtain meaningful employment.
Construction Ready Program
The Career Ready Training Program offers free training to individuals in the Douglas County area, who are looking for careers in high demand career areas. The program provides access to a new pipeline of candidates for Douglas County employers, who are looking for a trained and qualified workforce.
The Career Ready Construction Training Program is a 20-day/four week paid intensive Pre-Apprenticeship program. Participants must commit to attending all training days.

- Guaranteed Interviews with Employer Partners
- Only eligibility requirement is to be able to work in the US (E-Verify)
The Career Ready Construction Training Program is an initiative under the Data Center Ecosystem Collaborative.
