In Meeting Room 3, Rochelle Byrd will lead “Uplifting Women in the Age of A.I.”

This session is a great fit if you are curious about artificial intelligence, technology, and how women can use these tools to grow, lead, and stay competitive. Rochelle will talk about how to embrace innovation while still showing up authentically and confidently as a woman in leadership.

Rochelle Byrd is a transformational leader, AI strategist, and keynote speaker who is redefining what leadership looks like for women in the age of innovation.

After serving over two decades in the United States Army, Rochelle rose through the ranks in a male dominated environment leading with resilience, precision, and purpose. But her journey wasn’t just about military excellence. It was forged through real life adversity: personal loss, rebuilding after devastation, navigating single motherhood, and rising again with unshakable determination.

Today, Rochelle stands at the intersection of leadership, technology, and empowerment.

As the Co founder of Elev8 Intelligence and AspiraHer Inc., she equips women leaders, executives, and organizations with the tools to transition from burnout to bold, using the power of artificial intelligence, personal branding, and strategic leadership. Her work helps high performing women stop building everyone else’s vision and finally build their own. Known for her commanding presence and relatable storytelling, Rochelle delivers more than motivation she delivers transformation and execution.

In Meeting Room 3, Dr. DJ will lead “Creating Time for Yourself Without Guilt.”

This session is for anyone who feels pulled in many directions and often puts herself last. Dr. DJ will share practical ways to manage your time, prioritize yourself, and make space for rest, care, and personal needs without feeling guilty about it.

Dr. Danielle Green-Watson is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon, accomplished entrepreneur, and dynamic women’s empowerment speaker with over 15 years of excellence in healthcare and business leadership.
