Public Safety Week
Public Safety Week is designed to honor the vital contributions of our first responders while creating meaningful opportunities for community engagement, awareness, and partnership throughout Douglas County.
Throughout the week, community members, businesses, and local leaders are invited to connect with the public safety professionals who serve our community every day. From behind-the-scenes pop-ups and tours to community conversations, proclamations, and service opportunities, this week highlights the people, partnerships, and preparedness efforts that help keep Douglas County safe and strong.
Whether you attend one event or participate throughout the week, we encourage you to join us in recognizing and supporting those who dedicate their lives to public safety.
