Young Professionals

I admit I was initially skeptical about joining the Douglas County Young Professionals. It was completely out of my comfort zone, but it seemed too good of an opportunity to pass up. A year after I joined, I had the opportunity to join the Board of Directors. I enjoy the engagement with team members, working with and learning from them, and involvement in community events. Through various events, I have developed my networking skills, made meaningful community connections, and gained experience in social media, marketing and event planning, among other skills. I’m beyond grateful to the Chamber for providing such an interactive and immersive program like DCYP for young professional growth! Major key alert!
