Receive mail and packages securely with an assigned personal mailbox and professional package handling from major carriers. Mail is sorted daily, packages are stored securely, and members receive convenient access and delivery notifications—helping businesses operate efficiently and professionally.

Meeting Room Pricing (Reservation Required)
Access professional meeting spaces designed for client meetings, interviews, trainings, and collaboration. With flexible room options available by the hour or day, businesses can host meetings without the cost of a full office lease.
Georgia Power Room – Large Conference Room
- Weekday Rate:
- $25/hour
- $75/half-day (4 hrs)
- $150/full-day (8 hrs)
- Weekend Rate:
- $100/half-day (4 hrs)
- $200/full-day (8 hrs)
**DCC Investors receive 10% discount on Large Conference Room rentals.
DCC Investors may reserve the Small Conference Room at no charge based on membership package .
- Access Investors – 2x/year (4 hrs each)

- Strategic Investors – 8x/year
**For additional uses, DCC Investors receive 10% discount on Small Conference Room rentals.

Mail Service:
Application Submission
Complete the Mailbox Rental Application (online) and provide required documents: valid ID(s), USPS Form 1583, and business license number. A confirmation email is sent upon receipt.
Verification & Approval
Documents will be reviewed and verified. Upon approval, a mailbox will be reserved, and the applicant will receive the Mailbox Rental Agreement and payment link via email.
Payment & Activation
Once payment and signed agreement are received, the mailbox is activated.

A Chamber staff member will reach out to you with further details and next steps.
Douglas County Chamber Business Center Sponsorships
Partner with the Douglas County Chamber Business Center to gain high-visibility brand exposure while supporting local entrepreneurs and small businesses. Investment: $5,000/year or $12,000/3-yr
Term: 12-month agreement (multi-year options available)
Sponsorship Includes:
- Exclusive Naming Rights: Your company name will be integrated into the official name of the Business Center (e.g., “[Sponsor Name] Business Center at the Douglas County Chamber”).
- Prominent signage inside and throughout the Business Center.
- Mention in ribbon cuttings, press releases, website, social media, newsletters, and facility tours.
- Opportunity to leave branded materials in the room (e.g. pens, notepads).
- First right of renewal for subsequent years.
Investment: $3,500/year
Term: 12-month agreement (renewable annually)
Sponsorship Includes:
- Custom Wi-Fi network name & password featuring your company name (e.g., Powered by ABCCompany).
- Recognition on signage within meeting spaces.
- Recognition on the Chamber’s website as the official Wi-Fi sponsor.
- Recognition Chamber social media and e-newsletter when sponsorship is announced.
- Opportunity to place a branded tabletop flyer or card in all conference rooms.

Term: 12-month agreement (multi-year options available)
