DDA Façade Grant Program Application

The Douglas County Chamber will host an in-person workshop on July 27th on how to apply to the Downtown Façade Grant program. This is a free event for Douglas County Chamber Investors and non-Investors.

Amounts Rewarded: 

Funding is administered through the Downtown Development Authority (DDA.) The grant funds up to 50% of the total project cost, not to exceed $10,000. The DDA reserves the right to restrict the amount of funds given during the application period. By applying, you are acknowledging that should you receive the monies your project will be completed within six months. If not, you forfeit your application and awarded money and will have to resubmit next round.

Application Period:

This round of Facade Grant applications will be open from July 20 – July 24, 2023. The grant(s) will be awarded at the regular DDA meeting on August 4, 2023.
