The Exodus Ranch Brings a New Type of Travel Accommodations to Douglasville

Owner Melody Wilcox is pleased to announce the opening of an exciting and unique business in Douglasville. The Exodus Ranch celebrated their recent opening with a Chamber Ribbon Cutting on May 7th at their location; 2280 Pine Drive in Douglasville.

The Exodus Ranch provides a horse motel and Bed and Breakfast accommodations for people traveling across country with their horses. They also provide beginner riding lessons to children and adults and full service horse boarding. Exodus Ranch also holds many events throughout the year such as the Joe Wrangler Cowboy Bible Summer Day Camp in the summer and the annual “Murder at the Ranch” outdoor, interactive murder mystery each fall. Local churches are welcomed to use the facilities free of charge to for youth both and adult functions.

“We opened the ranch to provide a place to stay for people and horses. We’ve traveled all over the country and we know how it is. We rarely could find a place to stay that could accommodate us and also had adequate facilities for our horses,” commented Wilcox, “Once we settled here at The Exodus Ranch, our mission was to open up this beautiful lace to anyone traveling through, and to provide the perfect place to stay if you have horses with you.
