Smoothie King Opens in Douglasville

Smoothie King manager, Nikhil Patel, staff, customers and Chamber representatives celebrated their grand opening by holding a DC Chamber Ribbon Cutting on August 15^th. Smoothie King promotes the concept of “blending with a purpose”, and provides a variety of smoothies tailored for each customer. They are located at 9488 Highway 5 in Douglasville.

From the beginning, founder Steve Kuhnau started blending for a purpose – solving his chronic food allergies. Handcrafted by their blendologists, Kuknau’s discovery led to an international chain of Smoothie Kings with more than 800 locations worldwide. Smoothie King has four different categories of smoothies including slim blends, wellness blends, fitness blends, and take a break blends.
