o Up to 5% premium discount for businesses new to the program on specialty coverage through BCBSGa*, UHC, and Companion Life Insurance Co.
o Up to a 10% premium discount on vision benefits with Avesis, Inc.

o United HealthCare of Georgia: For employer groups who are participating in the current Chamber-sponsored MemberCare AllianceTM program which includes BCBSGa* and other carriers – Up to 5% off current health and specialty insurance premiums and no medical underwriting for employer groups of 2-99, with original effective dates or renewal dates of 1/1/12 – 8/1/12.
o Companion Life: For employer groups who are participating in the current Chamber-sponsored MemberCare AllianceTM program – 5% or 10% off current specialty insurance premiums, depending on group size, for employer groups of 2-99 for Dental and Short Term Disability and for employer groups of 2-500 for Life and AD&D.
