Hermanas Italian Ice Celebrates Storefront Opening in Douglasville

Hermanas Italian Ice co-owners and sisters Samantha and Samekh Ward along with family, friends, staff, Chamber representatives, and community members, celebrated the grand opening of their new Italian ice location by holding a Douglas County Chamber Ribbon Cutting on August 1st at their location, 12337 Veterans Memorial Highway in Douglasville.
Hermanas Italian Ice has been serving Douglasville since 2020 from their mobile location. The team is excited to open their first frozen treat store front located in Downtown Douglasville. Specializing in delicious, renowned Italian ice made from finely granulated ice and real fruit, Hermanas Italian Ice offers a refreshing experience for all dessert lovers. Whether guests are looking for a quick grab-and-go jar of Italian ice or a sit-down cold treat, Hermanas Italian Ice caters to all with a variety of “flavas” to choose from.
The ribbon cutting ceremony marked a significant milestone for the sisters, drawing guests and attendees who mingled and shared in the celebration. Following the event, many stayed on to enjoy a delightful treat of Italian ice, further fostering community connections and excitement.
