Douglas County Chamber CelebrateYOU! Women’s Event Set for June 6th
The Douglas County Chamber is excited to announce the 2024 Women’s Event – CelebrateYOU!, proudly presented by Wellstar Douglas Hospital. The event will be held at the Douglasville Conference Center on Thursday, June 6th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. CelebrateYOU! is focused on helping women to THRIVE in a space of well-being through self-advocacy, self-care, and self-awareness.
This event is designed for an audience of female decision makers in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. CelebrateYOU! will feature an interactive women’s showcase, CelebrateHER! award recognition, a remarkable keynote speaker, activities, giveaways, special discounts on merchandise and so much more. Guests will receive an official CelebrateYOU! tote bag, and enjoy delicious food, signature drinks, and lively music.
The CelebrateHER! Women’s Awards will recognize women who lead the way in business, equity, innovation, and community. Categories include; EncourageHER, EducateHER, InnovateHER, DisrputHER, ConnectHER, ActivateHER, and EqualizeHER.
This year’s event will offer an exclusive meet and greet with our keynote speaker, Ciji Townsend, a seasoned communications professional, life coach, and wellness advocate. She solves problems, provides counsel, and executes strategic communication tactics as a corporate communicator while keeping her own, her team and her partners well-being top of mind. Townsend will share her expertise and platform to motivate and inspire women to reset, rest, and relearn balance.
