Distinctive OPS Services, celebrated their recent joining of the Chamber with a    Chamber Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening celebration on March 29th at the DC Chamber. Owner, Rita Fasina-Thomas was present to provide some information about what Distinctive Ops Services does.
