April’s Place Provides Southern Food with Flair in Lithia Springs
Owner April Williams celebrated her new Chamber membership Ribbon Cutting on March 14th. April’s Place is a Southern style restaurant located at 1754 Lee Road in Lithia Springs.
With almost a decade of food catering throughout the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas, April’s Place has become a household name and force in the creative restaurant and food catering business. Master Cook & Owner April Y. Williams, a native Atlantan, found her niche with cooking at an early age like many other adolescents, watching the family “matriarchs” prepare family Sunday dinners. This mixed with her desire for food to have more taste has given her extremely flavorful dishes rave reviews amongst family, friends and even complete strangers and left them coming back for more.
April’s Lemon-Herb Chicken, Spinach-Goat Cheese Meatloaf and Blueberry Pound Cake are fan favorites; combine that with daily lunch specials, an assortment of southern sides including macaroni and cheese, field peas, collards, dressing and carrot soufflé, and you have the tastes that keep people coming through the doors all day!
