Williams Pharmacy Opens in Douglasville

Owners Dave and Chelley Williams celebrated the recent opening of their business, Williams Pharmacy with a Chamber Ribbon Cutting on March 6th. Williams Pharmacy is located at 8697 Hospital Drive in Douglasville.

Williams Pharmacy prides themselves on being YOUR hometown pharmacy. Their pharmacy not only provides prescription services, but also has a welcoming environment with excellent customer service. In addition to prescription services, Williams Pharmacy offers after hour’s emergency prescription services, and free delivery. Like other pharmacies, the accept all major health insurance plans and can also offer the same co-pay rates as larger pharmacies such as Target or Wal-Mart. Williams Pharmacy also has a Free Vitamin Program for children to promote healthy living. There are over the counter items available that are competitive prices and a child friendly waiting area to make your time with them as enjoyable as it can be!

Chelley is a hometown native, she graduated from Douglas County High School in 1997 and has lived in Douglas County most of her life. She had dreamed of owning a hometown pharmacy and with the support of her family, her dream has become a reality! Dave is retired from playing baseball in the major and minor leagues with the Pirates, Reds and Mets. He is currently the head coach for Harvester Christian Academy’s baseball team.

Williams Pharmacy is open from 8:30AM to 6:00PM on Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9am to 1pm. They will be closed on Sundays to spend time with their family. The staff at Williams Pharmacy hopes that you will stop by to meet them and see the difference in what a hometown pharmacy can provide.
