Halcyon Day Spa Opens New Location

Owners Carrie and Michael Keierleber are pleased to announce the relocation of Halcyon Day Spa, Inc., a full service, custom, therapeutic spa. They recently celebrated the opening of their new spa facility in West Georgia, located at 5983 Stewart Parkway in Douglasville on May 22 with a Douglas County Chamber Ribbon Cutting ceremony.
Halcyon Bodyworks officially opened in 2014 and recently outgrew their previous Hwy 5 location and their old name. They offer custom therapeutic massages, facials, waxing and beauty treatments. Halcyon Day Spa uses some all natural, organic and vegan products. The spa focuses on affordable customized massages, natural healing and beauty products for both men and women. All services are customized to each customer to achieve optimal results.
“Our goal is to provide a high-end, customized, therapeutic spa experience at a reasonable price so our local customers can afford to pamper themselves and benefit from these treatments. We offer a one-price option for our massages and facials, so each can be customized to every customer experience, with additional add-ons like aroma therapy and warm bamboo for the massages and special serum’s for the facials,” said Carrie Keierleber, owner and operator at Halcyon Day Spa.
Halcyon Day Spa features a dedicated reception and retail area, along with massage and facial facilities. The therapeutic spa is pleased to announce the Halcyon Day Spa team. Julie Pound and Jessa Johnson are licensed estheticians. They specialize in Microcurrent Treatments, Microdermabrasion, Semi Permanent Lash Extensions, Oxygen Facials, and Chemical Peels. Victoria Garrison and Chiquita Jones are licensed massage therapists from Georgia, who specialize in performing neuromuscular therapy (pain management) techniques, medical massage, Swedish massage, and deep tissue.
Guests can purchase Jane Iredale skin care make-up featuring quality formulas with skin care benefits. This line uses the highest quality ingredients available to ensure satisfaction with performance, coverage, application and texture. The spa is also an exclusive provider of Farm House Fresh products which are all made with up to 99.6 percent natural and naturally-derived ingredients.
