Hope for the Journey executive director Rosie Holley, friends, and Chamber representatives gathered and held a DC Chamber Ribbon Cutting on August 17th. Hope for the Journey serves women all throughout the West Georgia area. They were established in 2009, and since then they have assisted 300 women.
Hope for the Journey, Inc. is a nonprofit that encourages the sharing of information in addition to fellowship amongst those suffering and recovering from breast cancer. Their mission is to give hope to those suffering from breast cancer by providing financial assistance, counseling with spiritual support, and insightful knowledge through support groups and programming. Hope for the Journey strives to empower women that have and continue to fight against breast cancer.
